Getting Started with Your GovRAMP Member Portal

Welcome to the GovRAMP Member Portal. This guide will help you log in, update your profile, and navigate key features so you can make the most of your membership from day one.

Step 1: Access the Portal

You can access the GovRAMP Member Portal directly at the link below. We recommend bookmarking the page for quick access.

💡 Tip: The portal works best in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Step 2: Log In for the First Time

If this is your first time accessing the portal:

  1. Click “Login” in the top right.
  2. Click “Reset Password” and enter your email address associated with your membership.
  3. You’ll receive a password reset email. Follow the instructions to set your password.
  4. Once set, return to the login page and sign in.

Step 3: Set Up Your Profile

Once logged in, most of your profile information will already be prefilled based on your membership application. To make changes or complete missing fields:

  1. In the top menu bar, click “Edit This Profile.”
  2. You’ll be directed to your profile editing dashboard. The General Information section includes:
    1. Profile picture
    2. First name / last name
    3. Pronouns
    4. Organization name
    5. Title
    6. Address


On the 
left-hand menu, you can select additional profile sections to update:

Additional Addresses

Add secondary or mailing addresses

Additional Phones

 Add mobile, office, or alternate numbers

Additional Emails

Add backup or department email addresses

Social Media

Link to LinkedIn, Twitter, or other professional profiles

Update Your Preferences    

Customize fields like: annual revenue, collaborative relationships, committee memberships, government level, GovRAMP government resources, industry type, membership level, and sector type

💡Tip: Keeping your profile current ensures your listing in the member directory (if applicable) is accurate and helps GovRAMP tailor communications and member benefits to your organization.

Step 4: Explore the Dashboard

Your member dashboard provides quick access to key features, including:

  • Profile editing
  • Billing and invoice history
  • Event registration
  • Member directory
  • Benefits based on your membership level
