Membership & Billing

This section provides guidance on managing your membership details, viewing and paying invoices, and understanding billing features within the GovRAMP Member Portal.

Accessing Membership & Billing Information

  • Log into the Member Portal:
    • Navigate to the GovRAMP Member Portal.​
    • Enter your credentials to sign in.
  • Navigate to Billing Section:
    • Upon logging in, your Member Portal Home will display panels with various membership information.
    • Locate the Pay open invoices tab to view outstanding balances.

Viewing and Paying Invoices

  • Pay Open Invoices Tab:
    • This panel displays any outstanding balances for profiles you have access to.​
    • To view invoice details or make a payment, click the Pay Now button associated with the invoice.
  • Payment Process:
    • Select the invoice(s) you wish to pay by checking the corresponding box.​
    • Click Pay Now. If there are any related revenue items (e.g., voluntary contributions), you will be prompted to opt in or out before proceeding.​
    • Enter your payment details on the secure payment form. The billing address will default to your profile’s billing address but can be updated if necessary.​

    • Submit the payment. A receipt will be sent to your registered email.

Note: Some invoices may be viewable but not payable via the portal, depending on their configuration. In such cases, the Pay Now option will be unavailable.

Viewing Payment History

 You can view your payment history directly from the Portal Home Page.

  1. After logging into the portal, locate the Billing section.
  2. You’ll see two options:
    • Payment History – View a list of past invoices and completed payments.
    • Pay Invoices – See and pay outstanding balances.

Click “Payment History” to access your record of paid invoices. From there, you can:

  • View details of past payments
  • Reprint or download invoice receipts for your records

Payment records are tied to your profile access. If you manage multiple entities, you may see additional entries for linked accounts.

Membership Renewal

  • You’ll receive renewal reminders via email prior to your membership expiration.
  • To renew:
    • Log into the portal
    • Go to the Pay Open Invoices section
    • Select your renewal invoice and complete payment
