Second Front Systems and Knox Systems join as founding Accelerator Partners to help service providers achieve GovRAMP verification faster.
INDIANAPOLIS (Aug. 18, 2026) – GovRAMP today announced the launch of its Accelerator Partner Program, a new initiative designed to help service providers achieve GovRAMP verification more efficiently through trusted accelerator organizations. The program launches with Second Front Systems and Knox Systems as its founding Accelerator Partners, expanding opportunities for providers to streamline verification with an option to earn an independent listing on the GovRAMP Authorized Product List (APL).
The GovRAMP Accelerator Partner Program recognizes organizations that maintain GovRAMP Authorized environments and provide secure infrastructure, compliance tooling and operational support that simplify the verification process. Through the program, eligible providers can leverage an accelerator's authorized environment, reusable security controls and the Significant Change Request (SCR) process to reduce the time, cost and complexity of achieving GovRAMP verification while establishing their own product listing on the APL.
The program supports GovRAMP's mission to lower barriers to government market entry without compromising rigorous cybersecurity standards. By allowing providers to inherit validated security controls while maintaining an individual product listing, the program increases transparency for participating governments and creates new opportunities for innovative technology companies serving the public sector.
"The Accelerator Partner Program reflects GovRAMP's commitment to making cybersecurity more accessible while maintaining the integrity of our verification program," said Leah McGrath, executive director of GovRAMP. "By working alongside trusted accelerator partners, we're creating a more efficient path to verification that benefits service providers and gives participating governments greater visibility into trusted solutions."
As the program's founding Accelerator Partners, Second Front Systems and Knox Systems provide secure environments that help service providers accelerate verification while reducing operational complexity and compliance effort.
Second Front Systems is a longstanding member of the GovRAMP community, with two products that have achieved GovRAMP Authorized verification. Its continued engagement with GovRAMP reflects a shared commitment to advancing secure, efficient pathways for technology providers serving government.
"Government agencies need faster access to secure, mission-ready technology, and commercial innovators need a more efficient path to demonstrate trustworthiness," said Mamie Cruse, chief mission officer at Second Front Systems. "We're purpose-built to address the compliance bottleneck, and after success at the defense and federal civilian levels, we are thrilled to be an Accelerator Partner to do the same at the state and local level by giving government buyers greater visibility into proven solutions."
"Organizations need to focus on building transformative technology — not navigating complex, resource-intensive compliance," said Irina Denisenko, CEO of Knox Systems. "We're proud to join GovRAMP as a founding Accelerator Partner to help service providers streamline verification, accelerate implementation timelines and bring trusted solutions to government at scale."
The Accelerator Partner Program is now available to organizations interested in becoming Accelerator Partners or leveraging an approved accelerator environment as part of their GovRAMP verification journey.
