Who You Pay
GovRAMP
Membership dues are paid directly to StateRAMP Inc. dba GovRAMP and support program operations, resources, and member services. All membership fees are due annually on June 1.
RAMPQuest (GovRAMP PMO)
All security program-related fees are paid to RAMPQuest, the contracted Program Management Office responsible for administering assessments and ongoing program activities.

Security Snapshot
GovRAMP Security Snapshot is a 12‑month assessment that evaluates a cloud product’s security maturity using the top 40 NIST controls, helping providers improve security while giving governments a quick view of risk.

Progressing Security Snapshot
GovRAMP Progressing Security Snapshot is an ongoing assessment that evaluates a cloud product’s security maturity using the top 40 NIST controls, helping providers continuously improve security while giving governments an evolving view of risk.

Core Verification
GovRAMP Core Verification is a 12‑month PMO‑validated assessment of 60 NIST controls, confirming baseline security maturity through required documentation and quarterly continuous monitoring.

Ready Verification
GovRAMP Ready Verification is a 12‑month status based on an independent 3PAO assessment of 80 NIST controls, with PMO validation, confirming baseline security maturity through required documentation, monthly continuous monitoring, and an annual assessment.

Authorized/Provisional Verification
GovRAMP Authorized/Provisional Verification is a 12‑month status based on an independent 3PAO assessment of 300+ NIST controls, with PMO validation, confirming baseline security maturity through required documentation, monthly continuous monitoring, and an annual assessment.
Membership Overview (GovRAMP)
Participation in the GovRAMP ecosystem requires an active membership.

PMO Fee Disclaimer
Note: PMO Fees may be subject to annual increases, not to exceed the published Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) annual percentage rate listed in June each year. Should there be any price adjustments, the PMO will notify the Board of Directors no later than September 1 of the year preceding the adjustment. Notifications of any price increases will be posted on the GovRAMP website no later than October 1, with an effective date being January 1 of the following year. If the PMO’s requested price increases exceed those percentages outlined in the BLS for June of the current year, further Board approval shall be required prior to the increase.
